    Meet Erika Gasztonyi

    Erika’s passions are handbalancing, calisthenics, yoga, Acro, and weightlifting. She loves training hard, being active, and eating healthy. Even more than working on her own fitness journey though, she loves teaching and sharing her knowledge and experience with others. In her work, she seeks to embody “Strength, Grace, and Passion.” Erika has been working as a certified yoga teacher since 2013, and a fitness trainer since 2012. Over the past 2 years she has dedicated a great deal of training and studying to handbalancing, which has now become her main specialty. Her training comes from several different backgrounds, including circus, yoga, and the Ido Portal method. In her teaching, she focuses on developing proper movement patterns, and understanding the technique and anatomy behind the movement. She is extremely passionate about what she does, and hopes to inspire and transfer that passion and positive energy to her students to help them grow!
